| Fayette State Park is a historic townsite that once manufactured charcoal pig iron between 1867 and 1891. Fayette is on the shores of Lake Michigan and has remnants from buildings (ie. just a couple walls still standing) as well as restored buildings. Fayette is an interesting look back in time to this industrial era in the Upper Peninsula | ||
